Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SIMPLE AUTO SALES & SERVICES L. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct staff, and plan and organize daily operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering electronic enquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including compiling data, statistics, and other information.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Information Filing: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, permanent position, 30 hours per week, English language.
