Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate the production support needs and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Responsible for documentation such as deficiencies, deviations, application flow diagrams, SCM plans, etc.
  • Problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Release management workflow and cloud technologies such as Azure / Azure DeVos.
  • Experience with Infrastructure management and knowledge of MS-SQL and SQL query writing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Databricks and Datawarehouse concepts with any ETL background (Talend) is an advantage.
  • Validate and submit responses to requests for information from audits.
  • Embrace and advocate change, and be an influential, relationship management and networking professional.
  • Digitally savvy, innovative, and easily adapt to new tools and trends.
  • Solid collaborator, supporting and mentoring intermediate engineers.
  • Available to support after hours and at the weekend if needed.
