We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM SYLVAN LAKE.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
