Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard. This includes scheduling work, assisting clients with special needs, and being the point of contact for emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Operations: Schedule work, manage staff, and coordinate activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, respond promptly, and ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials, and maintain accurate records.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a spa or related environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Spa Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
