Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. as a key member of our spa operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule work and manage staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional manner
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and requires the ability to work under pressure.
