Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Spa Operations Coordinator to join our team at Canada Inc. in a permanent full-time position.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating spa operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Staff Management
  • Coordinate spa schedules, manage staff time-off, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Client Experience
  • Assist clients with special needs, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, track client feedback, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development
  • Train new staff members, update existing staff on policies and procedures, and promote professional development.
