Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Fatburger. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
