Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Fatburger. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and meet customer needs
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
