Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Shawarma Palace. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods to meet customer requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changing situations, such as high-volume service periods or unexpected inventory shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
