About the Role

The Credit Collection Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Collecting customer payments in accordance with established terms and conditions;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to resolve any issues or concerns;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and address potential payment problems;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track collections progress;
