Restaurant Operations Manager

We're seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our team and drive success at Tim Hortons.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing all aspects of a fast-paced restaurant, including operations, customer service, employee development, and financial performance. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage labor costs through effective scheduling and floor management
- Control food and paper costs
- Ensure successful execution of product launches and promotions
- Resolve guest issues and minimize complaints
- Recruit, train, and develop new staff members
- Conduct regular team member and supervisor performance reviews
- Maintain accurate weekly and monthly inventories of the restaurant
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and regulations
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work day shifts, including weekends, and be available for on-call duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and in-house software
