**General Manager**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing labor Costs through effective scheduling and floor management
- Controlling Food & Paper Costs
- Ensuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection
- Resolving Guest issues, as well as working with the team to minimize issues
- Recruitment & Retention, and training new staff
- Team Member and Supervisor Performance Reviews
- Weekly and Monthly Inventories of the Restaurant
**Qualifications**:
- Able to work day shift including weekends-also available for on call
- Must be tech savvy
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Must have a valid driver license and car
- Must have excellent organization skills
