Key Responsibilities- Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Prioritize new features, bugs, and enhancements
- Lead development teams through execution in an agile environment
- Manage the product backlog and drive the entire lifecycle of product development
- Be the expert on metrics and data, ensuring a data-driven approach
- Participate in testing to learn, improve, and iterate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to build solid business relationships
- Proven experience working with CMS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing ability
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High degree of ownership and self-initiative
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Proven track record of implementing large, complex digital projects
- 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce product management
- Experience managing SOX compliance requirements and controls an asset
- Great command of English (written and spoken), and French language considered an asset
- Experience working with Magento and Akeneo (PIM) considered an asset
