About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our e-commerce team at BRP. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving innovation and maintaining support efforts for our e-commerce websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
  • Prioritize new features, bugs, and enhancements
  • Lead development teams through execution in an agile environment
  • Manage the product backlog and drive the entire lifecycle of product development
  • Be the expert on metrics and data, ensuring a data-driven approach
  • Participate in testing to learn, improve, and iterate
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Ability to build solid business relationships
  • Proven experience working with CMS
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing ability
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High degree of ownership and self-initiative
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Proven track record of implementing large, complex digital projects
  • 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce product management
  • Experience managing SOX compliance requirements and controls an asset
  • Great command of English (written and spoken), and French language considered an asset
  • Experience working with Magento and Akeneo (PIM) considered an asset
