About the Role

This is a blank position to add candidates to the Talent Pool, allowing us to identify and engage with top talent for future opportunities.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at TechBiz Global GmbH, responsible for managing our Talent Pool and identifying potential candidates for various roles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Talent Pool, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates, utilizing various recruitment channels and strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans, aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on the Talent Pool and recruitment progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
