Job Description

The Case Manager for Anishinaabe Adults will be responsible for providing specialized mental health counselling services to clients who have completed post-treatment services.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing individualized support and guidance to clients
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Coodinating services with community agencies and healthcare providers
  • Advocating on behalf of clients

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of mental health issues, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
