About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tacotime. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales data and customer feedback.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all staff are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
