Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta LTD.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Working Conditions:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
