Administrative Officer

H & S Truck & Trailer Repairs Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
About the JobThis role involves a range of tasks including establishing work priorities, co-ordinating office services, preparing operating budgets, and assembling data for reports.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Priorities: Develop and implement efficient work plans to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Co-ordinate Office Services: Plan and arrange for office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in preparing operating budgets, maintain inventory controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Data Assembly and Reporting: Gather and prepare data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Skills: Organized, reliable, flexible, with excellent attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 per year.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
