Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Epic Menswear. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail team and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring they meet the needs of our target market.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of energy and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
