Store Manager

Cap-it Burnaby is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily store operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and safe work environment.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure profitability and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive company growth.
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
