Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at STITCH CARE LTD. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the types of merchandise to be sold and ensure that the store is stocked with the right products.
- Operations Management: Plan and manage the store's operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
