Job Title: Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager

We're seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at GFL Environmental Inc.

About the Role:

As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading our North American talent acquisition strategy and shaping career development initiatives that align with our organizational goals. You will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and career development specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment that supports employee growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and manage the full cycle recruiting process
  • Design, implement, and manage career development programs to support employee growth and retention
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals and career development specialists
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions aligned with organizational needs
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and career program effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, career development, or related HR roles
  • At least 5 years in a managerial position
  • Strong leadership, project management, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making and improvements
