About the Role:

Aquent Talent is seeking a skilled UX Experience Designer to collaborate with our e-commerce client and contribute to the development of intuitive and engaging digital experiences. As a UX Experience Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, apply user research, and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs for eCommerce, Mobile Apps, and Kiosks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis.
  • Focus on understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points while balancing business requirements.
  • Apply design thinking and UX principles to create user-centered designs.
  • Represent the UX team, share updates, and gain support from partnering departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with 3+ years of experience creating exceptional digital experiences at either a digital agency or e-commerce company.
  • Experience collaborating with eComm Merchandisers, UX & UI Designers, Researchers, and Copywriters.
  • Expert working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Mural, and Creative Suite.
  • Experienced with the theory and application of Mobile-first, Lean UX, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects is required.
