Job Title: UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at Foilcon. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design effective and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and Sketch
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the public sector
  • Knowledge of Ontario Design System
  • Experience with design research and testing
