Job Title: UX Designer

Foiling the Complexity of User Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team at Foilcon. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Design and develop user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive and engaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with design research and testing
  • Knowledge of design systems and guidelines
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
