About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Papa Johns. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize returns on investment.

Policy and Procedure Implementation

Design and implement policies and procedures to drive business efficiency and compliance.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
