Papa Johns is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in planning and controlling budgets, establishing policies and procedures, and overseeing data analysis and report preparation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising senior management, managing contracts, and directing committees and working groups. They will also plan, develop, and implement communication strategies, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial development principles and practices. They will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
