We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant Gravenhurst. Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive a positive experience
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in improving restaurant operations and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
