About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation Labourer to join our team at AtlantiCann Medical Inc. as a key member of our horticultural production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Assist in the cultivation and maintenance of high-quality cannabis crops, including pruning, training, and fertilizing.
  • Greenhouse Operations: Participate in the daily cleaning and maintenance of our greenhouse facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our plants.
  • Harvesting and Processing: Assist in the harvesting and processing of cannabis crops, including hand harvesting, trimming, and drying.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of crop progress, including daily progress reports and tracking of plant health.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our production team to achieve our goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for this role.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, wet/damp, and potentially hot environment with exposure to odours.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
