Job Title: Cannabis Trim Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Trim Labourer to join our team at AtlantiCann Medical Inc.

Job Summary:

The Cannabis Trim Labourer will be responsible for trimming and pruning cannabis plants, as well as assisting with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Trim and prune cannabis plants to ensure high-quality products
  • Assist with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Perform hand harvesting of vegetables and other crops
  • Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
  • Write daily progress reports
  • Assist with pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
  • Pot and re-pot plants
  • Apply fertilizers
  • Report signs of insect or disease damage
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean work area
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Work Environment:

Our greenhouse production facility is a wet/damp environment with odours, hot temperatures, and non-smoking policies. We are willing to relocate and offer a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
