Cannabis Trim Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Trim Labourer to join our team at AtlantiCann Medical Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and trim horticultural crops to ensure high-quality products
  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to maintain optimal conditions
  • Report signs of insect or disease damage to prevent further issues
  • Participate in greenhouse cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Reliability and team player skills
