Parts Counter Clerk

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Cummings Small Engine Service. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and process requisition orders.
- Transaction Processing: Handle cash transactions, process sales calls, and prepare work orders.
- Warehouse and Supply Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Inventory control software and internet proficiency.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
