About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team at Spruce Wood Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with our standards
  • Develop quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Provide customer service to our clients and stakeholders
  • Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
  • Manage knowledge to ensure that our team has access to the latest information and best practices
  • Offer mentoring to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that our operations are financially sustainable
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
