Strategic Business Planner

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Lead the annual business planning process, ensuring strategic plans are executed across the organization.
- Provide insights to enhance commercial execution in the market.
- Define and coordinate the annual Business Planning (BP) process.
- Develop and present the annual business plan to North America management.
- Identify and manage M&A and new business opportunities.
- Develop business cases to evaluate opportunities and risks.
- Perform competitive and industry analysis to inform strategic adjustments.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business consulting, and FMCG/retail organizations.
- Fluency in English and French is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, including multivariable analysis.
- Knowledge of M&A processes and competitive intelligence.
- Iconic Brand: Work on the most recognized brand in the world.
- Availability to global marketing leaders.
- Access to resources such as Coke University and management programs.
