Office Operations Manager

As an Office Operations Manager at Travelodge Lethbridge, you will oversee and coordinate the administrative procedures of our office. This includes reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. You will also ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Additionally, you will administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, co-ordinate office services, and assist with the preparation of the operating budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent experience. They will also have strong supervisory skills, as they will be responsible for overseeing 3-4 people.
