About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Anna Lyn C., Brampton. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide companionship and care to our clients in their own homes, assisting with daily tasks and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as exercise, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness
  • Support clients with personal care needs, such as bathing and dressing
  • Assist with medication reminders and other health-related tasks
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a related field, such as home care or healthcare
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of clients
