Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Ronald Motz. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in the client's home, providing one-on-one support and care. You will be required to travel to different locations, using public transportation or your own vehicle.
