Job Title: Plastic Printer

Gelpac Poly Inc. is seeking a skilled Plastic Printer to join our team. As a Plastic Printer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machines, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and adjust printing machines to achieve optimal print quality.
  • Operate and monitor printing machines during production, making adjustments as needed.
  • Remove and clean plates and cylinders after each print run.
  • Fill ink fountains and control color and viscosity.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment, and refill tanks as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery to prevent downtime.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a noisy and hot environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work 44 hours per week.
  • Physical demands include repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
