Job Title: Executive Pastry Specialist

At SORREL RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative pastry dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize pastry production and inventory management
* Create new recipes and menus that showcase our pastry expertise
* Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
* Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants
* Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
* Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Requirements:

* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of pastry arts and culinary techniques
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
