Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - The Fry Scarborough

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Fry Scarborough. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems
