We are looking for a seasoned Contract Manager to join our team at Black & McDonald Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the provision of Facility Management Services for a portfolio of key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Oversee and manage contracts for facilities management services, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reporting requirements.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate service delivery (maintenance, repairs, custodial, etc.) with internal teams, maintaining schedules and monitoring quality assurance to meet deadlines and performance standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for contract stakeholders, fostering relationships, addressing concerns, and collaborating with subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
  • Financial Management: Manage contract budgets, approve invoices, and provide financial performance reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Certification in Contract Management (CPCM, CFCM) or Facility Management (FMP, CFM) would be considered an asset.
  • 5+ years of contract management experience, preferably in facility agreements.
  • Familiarity with federal building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
