Digital Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Expert to join our team in Oakville, Toronto. As a key member of our project workflows, you will play a pivotal role in driving our project's success by serving as the expert in Digital Delivery tools.
About Kiewit Infrastructure EngineeringKiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design Build Management team is renowned for their expertise in managing multi-disciplined design teams to improve schedule, control costs, and minimize risk. Our construction-driven engineers analyze root causes and resolve design issues before they impact schedule and budget.
Responsibilities- Model Management and Standards: Deploy BIM/VDC related software to perform various project duties, monitor ongoing projects for errors, enforce model/drawing cleanup, and ensure adherence to established standards by the Digital Delivery team.
- BIM Execution and Coordination: Collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain accurate and coordinated BIM models, assist in the development and enforcement of BIM execution plans, alert design team members to relevant software changes, and assist in model navigation and development.
- Training and Collaboration: Recognize opportunities for construction technologies, implement them on the project, train future users, share expertise by teaching design technology skills, foster a problem-solving mindset, and work with the project team to review and raise constructability issues.
- Advanced Skills and Leadership: Experience in multi-disciplinary complex transit/infrastructure projects, demonstrate proficiency beyond the entry-level BIM Specialist role, take ownership of complex tasks, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- An Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a design program or engineering field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 3+ Years Experience of Virtual Design and Construction with strong software skills including Navisworks, ACC, Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, etc.
- Keen attention to detail—essential for accurate modeling and coordination
- Familiarity with a range of design technology and software techniques
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing
- Ability to review and understand 2D and 3D construction drawings/models and specifications and translate 2D drawings and specifications into a complete 3D Building Information Model
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
