Meltwater is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our GTM Planning and Analytics team, you will play a critical role in developing a robust reporting framework that empowers marketing leaders to make informed decisions.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the marketing analytics process, collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing Analytics to co-create the roadmap, design and deploy new dashboards, and craft narratives that communicate marketing performance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage reporting frameworks to track key performance metrics and produce actionable insights.
  2. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Analytics to develop a marketing analytics roadmap.
  3. Own the marketing data infrastructure, unifying and improving data availability from various tools and sources.
  4. Drive consistent reporting and insights across global teams, using data to communicate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Support digital and campaign analytics, measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts and developing insights to inform and optimize future campaigns.

A competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 CAD per year, plus 5% quarterly bonuses.
