Job Title: Senior Marketing Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing and experimentation programs.
  • Analyze customer data to identify pain points and opportunities for growth, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to address these areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, and apply this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, and work with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, with a strong background in marketing analytics and data science.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Python, with experience in statistical modeling and data visualization.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.
  • Experience working with a range of business stakeholders and communicating technical results in business language.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or similar field.
