Senior Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to measure and optimize marketing performance, including acquisition, customer lifetime value, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective decision making.
- Work closely with data engineering and science teams to develop and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and analysis.
- Drive business outcomes through data storytelling, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Python, with expertise in statistical modeling and data visualization.
- Strong business acumen, with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, communicating technical results in business language.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or similar field.
