Job Summary:

PAL Aerospace is seeking highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Professionals to join our team in the Fixed-Wing Search and Rescue (FWSAR) program. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft and related systems
  • Conduct inspections and report any issues affecting aircraft serviceability
  • Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with company procedures and regulations
  • Coordinate parts and tool requirements with maintenance management
  • Comply with all safety practices and procedures
  • Complete documentation and certification for maintenance work
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Course or equivalent experience
  • M2 or E Aircraft Maintenance License or equivalent rating
  • Experience with Electronic Record Keeping Systems (ERKS)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing schedules
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to obtain security clearances, including Level II – Secret clearance and ITAR / CCG clearance
