You will oversee campaigns, develop engaging marketing materials, and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content marketing.
- Optimize marketing efforts using analytics and metrics to maximize performance.
- Experiment with new approaches to uncover the most effective marketing tactics.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive marketing success.
- Manage and optimize marketing spend for the greatest ROI.
- Analyze user data and sales funnels to improve engagement and retention.
- Launch referral programs and initiatives to keep customers coming back.
- Delve insightful weekly and monthly analytics to steer business initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience with a passion for driving results.
- Experience in a regulated industry is a strong asset.
- A deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing funnels and strategies.
- Expertise in martech tools like CRM and marketing automation, with a strong grasp of the e-commerce landscape.
- Proven success in managing paid media across various platforms.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
