Job Summary

Billing Homes Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with contractors and workers.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on the construction site.
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction management.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat required.
