Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at LALLI CONSTRUCTION & LANDSCAPING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and compliant with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience
Working Conditions
