Job Title: General Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled General Construction Supervisor to join our team at SUPER CITY EXCAVATING AND CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The General Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Procure materials and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 32 hours of work per week.
Work Environment:

The General Construction Supervisor will work under pressure to meet project deadlines and ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
